   I attempted many times to install this following the instructions strictly as given. All to no avail. The fact that the only way to contact anyone was by what’sapp. It stated that the number will not be answered via calls. I guess you pay for what you get!

   I'm really pleased with this. I was using Office XP/2007 and suddenly it stopped working because my ISP stopped supporting it. The download was very quick and it installed in minutes. The only downside was the fact that this version did not include the excellent Microsoft Picture Publisher. The replacement was just not good enough. However, you can download Picture Publisher straight from Microsoft so all is perfect. It does, however take a while to get used to the new programs because they look very different. Outlook is great, Word is great but MS Publisher is taking me sometime to get used to the changes. Saying that, this was a great deal and I'm delighted.

   Took my time following the instructions on how to install Office, and it all downloaded and installed no problem. You just need to make sure you follow the step by step instructions that come with the product key. My only issues are with the 'quirks' of Office itself, but that's a separate issue!
